1. Career Connections -

Career exploration program designed for TAY (transitional age youth)

9-month long program (3-month training, 6-month internship, 2 extra months of case management).

Completing the 3-month training ($300) + paid hourly for the 6-month internship ($18.93/hour)

Requirements

    1. SF Resident

    2. Between age 15-25

    3. Must be legally eligible to work in the US

    5. Receiving behavioral health services

2. Youth 2 Youth -

Peer counseling training and internship program for TAY (transitional age youth)

9.5-month long program (4-month program + 5.5 months from another Hire-Ability peer counseling internship program for hands-on experiences).

Completing the 4-month training ($600) + paid hourly for the 5.5 month internship ($18.93/hour)

Requirements

    1. SF Resident

    2. Between age 18-24

       - 17 y/o are also eligible if turning 18 by graduation of the program

    3. Are interested in helping others in a behavioral health setting
